Your name and renown are the desire of our hearts. — Isaiah 26:8

The Worship Ministry at 4th Avenue exists to facilitate and encourage intimate, life-changing encounters with God. We desire for God to work in our assemblies to cultivate the heart of a disciple.

We combine our time, talents, and treasures to create settings where people from every tribe, nation, and generation pour out their hearts of thanksgiving and adoration of Jesus.  We use creativity, music, and technology to foster an atmosphere that is inviting and compelling.

Because we are trying to describe the indescribable and are trying to verbalize what cannot adequately be expressed with only words, we use many different musical styles and artistic mediums.  We joyously work many hours behind the scenes to help people cultivate a heart that follows hard after Jesus.
